GD 22
The new drawn arc stud welding gun GD 22 is designed for welding shear connectors with large diameters (19 and 22 mm). The ample-dimensioned adjustable lift (adjustment range: 0-6 mm) ensures in combination with the adjustable hydraulic piston damper optimum welding results in this diameter field. Of course, the new guns are suitable for welding through metal deck. The gun also features a piston with linear ball track, an automatic length compensation system for different stud lengths and surface conditions as well as a robust, impact resistant housing for the hard work on the construction site. The high-grade outside welding cable (cable cross section 95 mm2) accommodates the high welding currents that are necessary for large stud diameters. Optionally, the new guns can be equipped with integrated travel measuring system. Using this the lift adjustment couldn•t be easier. Moreover, it enables a quality monitoring by measuring and recording of stud protrusion before the weld as well as stud travel (lift, immersion depth, immersion speed and short-circuit time) during the weld.
PIM – 1k
The PIM-IK is a very small and very compact stud welding gun (welding method: capacitor discharge (contact)) for welding cupped head pins (insulation nails with clip) to fasten insulation mats. It was specially designed (length: only 43 mm, weight: only 200g) to enable welding in difficult to access areas. The cupped head pins are put onto the chuck and pushed through the insulation mat. At a certain surface pressure the welding is automatically triggered. The PIM-IK stands out through its simple handling, its robust construction and its high reliability. Its ergonomic design and low weight assure tireless working.
PKM – 1B
The compact stud welding gun PKM-IB is designed for capacitor discharge stud welding (contact method). It guarantees optimum welding results and repeatability and is very easy to use.
